The Challenge

The Ash Group's sales team relied on two critical but disconnected systems: Salesloft for outbound sales marketing and automation, and Bullhorn as their CRM and source of truth. Sales activities performed in Salesloft required manual data entry into Bullhorn to maintain unified records. This manual process created inefficiencies, introduced human error, and consumed valuable time that could be better spent on relationship building and revenue generation.

The Solution

The Ash Group needed more than a standard automation tool. They needed enterprise-grade reliability with robust error handling, data storage, and recovery capabilities their operations demanded. A custom solution (Node.js deployed using AWS Lambda functions) delivered exactly that, providing robust error trapping, automated notifications, and seamless data recovery processes built specifically around their workflow.

The custom integration automatically captures Salesloft activity through webhook notifications and instantly syncs phone calls, emails, LinkedIn connection requests, and LinkedIn messages directly into Bullhorn. This autonomous workflow eliminated manual data entry across platforms, ensuring error-free synchronization with zero post-production bugs. What made this solution particularly effective was the proactive identification of error scenarios, including sophisticated handling for edge cases such as email address mismatches, with intelligent notification systems that enabled quick resolution while maintaining data integrity. With their systems now working in concert, The Ash Group's sales team is free to focus on what they do best: building relationships and placing talent.

Streets LA Home Page

LA Bureau of Street Services

StreetsLA faced a critical technology challenge that was impacting both their public-facing operations and internal efficiency. Their existing website was built on Drupal 7, a content management system reaching end-of-life, creating significant security and maintenance risks. The visual design was outdated and reflected poorly on the organization's brand as a forward-thinking public works department.
