Imagistic developed and delivered a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Arts Media & Entertainment by harnessing the power of CiviCRM’s open source Constituent Relationship Management framework. Arts Media & Entertainment required a better way to manage the constituent contacts and email marketing campaigns. Previously, data was stored across multiple repositories require duplicative fact-checking, de-duping, and permission correlation before marketing to specific contacts. Kathleen Milnes, executive director of AME, approached Imagistic to determine if we could put into place an affordable solution that could unify their data and streamline their constituent engagement processes. Imagistic interviewed all key players and reviewed available workflows and data repositories to determine what would be the best solution for an organization of AME’s size and need. Because AME is a nonprofit organization highly dependent upon donations, Imagistic recommended implementing CiviCRM coupled with a CiviSMTP mail service as the best and most affordable solution. Working closely with Kathleen Milnes and CIO Russel Mulock, Imagistic created a customized solution that encompassed the particular needs of their contact types, events, and members. In addition, we were able to integrate the CiviCRM mail delivery solution with CiviSMTP for them. By doing so, we were able to greatly reduce their monthly email spend.
