imagistic Launches CRM for United Ways of California

Imagistic announces completion of another successful Customer Relationship Management system integration for United Way of California (employing CiviCRM’s open source CRM framework distribution).
United Ways of California approached Imagistic with a need for an affordable CRM solution that could be customized for their unique contact management requirements. Having previous experience in a number of deployed CRM solutions, Imagistic recommended and integrated the free non-profit oriented CRM package, CiviCRM.
Working closely with Executive Director Pete Manzo, Imagistic created a customized solution that bridges the gap between multiple contact data repositories (unifying all in one database), entering, managing, and tracking and all contact types, events and activities, volunteer efforts, donor management, and political advocacy.
The site met its target launch date of March 15, 2011.
