'All Souls' TV Hospital Admits Patients (and Viewers) Online

Spelling Television and Imagistic Launch Eerie Companion Website
For New UPN Television Series

Venice, CA – March 13, 2001 – There is something strange going on at All Souls Hospital, and this TV show's Web site won't do anything to help people get over their fear of doctors.

Spelling Television, along with Venice web developer Imagistic have launched a companion web site for the upcoming premiere of their new series All Souls, airing on UPN. The drama/horror series, which debuts Tuesday, April 17th at 9pm, is set in a fictitious Boston research and teaching hospital where strange and otherworldly incidences are a regular occurrence. Co-created by series director Stuart Gillard and writer Stephen Tolkin, under the supervision of executive producer and Twin Peaks creator Mark Frost,

All Souls does for the medical show what Stephen King did for the hotel business in The Shining. The site, full of unexpected surprises and series tie-ins, allows users to virtually "admit" friends to All Souls for some rather unpleasant medical procedures.

Unlucky "patients" are notified by email that they have an appointment at All Souls and must come to the site to see what procedure they will be receiving. What starts as an innocent check-up or cholesterol test may land the visitor in the midst of a hellish medical experiment—one not likely to be covered by any insurance company.

Imagistic collaborated closely with Spelling Television to develop the show's complementary Web site using existing series material and creating Web exclusive content as well. Executive VP of Spelling Television Jim Conway stated; "We knew that this series had to have a powerful web presence, one that extended and played up the twisted reality of the show. As the show continues, we expect to make the site an essential part of the experience"

Imagistic's Chief Creative Officer Marcelo Ziperovich stated; "In developing this site, our goal was to capture the essence of the show. There is always something lurking right beneath the surface and what you see isn't always what you get. The site does that in a fun and original way".

Spelling Television is an entertainment leader responsible for such hits as Melrose Place, 7th Heaven and Charmed. All Souls is a drama/horror series that takes place in a historical Boston hospital. Unexplainable and paranormal activity regularly finds its way into the lives of the staff and patients. The hour-long series debuts April 17th at 9pm on the United Paramount Network (UPN).

VENICE - May 2001- Having recently launched their premiere "anti-hate, pro-tolerance" Web site, www.tolerance.org, the Southern Poverty Law Center headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama has announced plans for a major expansion of the Teaching Tolerance portion of the site. Imagistic, a Southern California based Web technology and design company was selected to provide design and technology services for the project.

The expanded area will fulfill Teaching Tolerance's mission of helping teachers and parents foster respect and understanding in the classroom and beyond. The site will offer materials to assist educators and parents in responding to hate related incidents. The site will also serve as a clearinghouse for classroom oriented activities and materials intended to develop student tolerance of others and diversity appreciation.

Imagistic will be enhancing existing features and creating new material including; illustrated and audio storybooks, additional classroom activities, a tool enabling teachers and parents to better evaluate Web sites for content; interactive guides to help prevent and respond to hate related incidents; and pertinent education related news and resources.

Imagistic will also be responsible for developing the new look and feel of the section and streamlining and expanding the existing content publishing capabilities. Improved design and organization in the community areas of the site will make it easier for teachers across the country to share ideas and experiences online as well as apply for Southern Poverty Law Center education grants.

Upon launch, the site will also serve as the "virtual" home of Teaching Tolerance Magazine. The free, award-winning, offline magazine reaches K-12 educators, and is published twice a year. It features articles dealing with human rights advocacy and pro-tolerance issues in education. The Web site will allow educators to easily search back issues of Teaching Tolerance Magazine and find information relative to the grade levels and topics they are teaching.

"Teachers are instrumental in determining how children learn to perceive, react to and behave toward other," says Jim Carnes, Director of Teaching Tolerance. "Our goal with the site and Imagistic is to provide tools and information that will help educators create tolerant classroom communities and foster equity and justice beyond the school walls."

"The Internet as a means to distribute information is truly remarkable," says Imagistic's CEO Michael Weiss. "Unfortunately, not all that information is positive or humanitarian. We are extremely proud to be working with an organization whose mission it is to use the Internet to promote understanding, diversity and acceptance of others."

The new, expanded Teaching Tolerance Web site is set to launch in fall 2001 and will be reachable through the current Tolerance.org Web site or directly by pointing to www.teachingtolerance.org.

imagistic 'Delivers' New California Pizza Kitchen Web Site & Intranet

Premium Pizza Dining Chain CPK Uses the Web to Speak to
Customers and Employees More Effectively
http://www.cpk.com

VENICE - May 2001- Venice based Web Technology and Design firm Imagistic has just completed work on two significant Web based projects for the hugely successful casual dining chain, California Pizza Kitchen.

California Pizza Kitchen, also know as CPK, was keen on improving their online brand and presence as well as making it easier for customers to find information about the restaurant. Some of the features of the new Web site include an online menu; an advanced restaurant locator, an expanded interactive kids section, random CPK trivia facts, and a comprehensive investor relations section.

One of the most notable features of the public Web site is a restaurant locator developed using Macromedia Flash™. Customers looking for a restaurant in a particular area can click on a map showing all fifty states as well as foreign countries where a CPK exists.

Upon choosing a particular state, the selected area increases in size and offers more specific locations within that area. When a customer clicks on a specific location, details about that restaurant, such as address, phone number, hours, etc, appear to the right of the map. In addition, a customer may also enter a zip code, city name or airport code to bring up a list of nearby locations and driving directions.

Other Web site features include CPK Trivia "Slices" that appear randomly on various pages, and for CPK's loyal younger audiences, Imagistic created an immersive CPKids section.

The CPKids section contains various interactive games and activities and includes a link to the Kids Menu and the Kids Registration page. Registered CPKids receive special benefits such as a free birthday meal.

The site also offers the full restaurant menu complete with descriptions of each item - a particularly useful feature for customers that place orders over the phone. There is also a section for employment information and an online store where visitors can purchase CPK Gift Certificates, apparel and recipe books.

In addition to building a public Web site, CPK also had Imagistic build a secure Intranet so that employees and managers at any one of their 118 locations can communicate and share information through one central, private source. The Intranet contains human resources and administrative forms; training and benefits information; promotional materials; important company news and announcements; and other materials that require control from one central source.

"It was critical for us to have a Web site that captured and extended our very recognized brand," states Sarah Goldsmith, CPK's Senior Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. "The Web site needed to act as a natural extension of our restaurants and offer our customers as much information and convenience as possible."

"The first time you have a BBQ Chicken pizza at a CPK, you're hooked," states Marcelo Ziperovich, Imagistic's Chief Creative Officer, "Our intention with the Web site was to invite customers to reconnect with that feeling."

Centurion Capital Management 'Invests' In a New Web Presence

Venice Based Web Firm Imagistic Redesigns And Builds Custom Tools To Expand Wealth Management Site
http://www.centurioncm.com

VENICE - June 2001- Sherman Oaks based Centurion Capital Management, with the help of Venice based Web and technology services company, Imagistic, has re-launched their Web presence. The project includes a completely redesigned and eye-catching consumer site, a redesigned and expanded Investment Professionals site and several custom developed financial planning tools. For the last 15 years, Centurion Capital Management has been working with Investment Professionals nationwide to implement customized wealth management solutions designed to meet the diverse needs and lifetime financial goals of their individual investors.

Imagistic worked closely with Centurion to redesign and expand the two major portions of the Website. http://www.centurioncm.com/, is intended for the general public and features a smart new design and reconceived information architecture. The site articulates Centurion's philosophy and describes their full range of services. It also serves as an entry point for Investment Professionals interested in affiliating with the company.

The second portion of the site is a private and password protected area designed for the over 1000 Investment Professionals, or IPs, that are already affiliated with Centurion. These pages contain investment management information, financial news and research, and financial evaluation tools that assist Centurions IPs in recommending and managing their client's best options. One such tool is a dynamic questionnaire that allows IPs to determine which of Centurion's financial products, in what combination, will best suit a particular client's needs. The completed questionnaire creates a real-time Investment Policy Statement including customized portfolio data with specific graphs and other charts in a printer friendly document format. This allows Investment Professionals to easily pass on the information to their clients.

The private Investment Professional section contains detailed information on Centurion's various product offerings each with dynamically updated information such as Performance Growth Graphs, Portfolio Characteristics, Annualized Returns, Sector Allocations, Top Ten Holdings and expert commentary from Centurion's Investment Management team. In addition, Imagistic has begun building a robust content management system allowing Centurion's staff to easily update the large quantities of content the site contains on a regular basis. In the past, much of the information, planning and communication that took place between Centurion and its affiliated Investment Professionals had been achieved by a cumbersome exchange of paper, or in some cases, the use of CD ROM. The new site allows many of these interactions to occur online, in a direct, immediate and economical manner.

"It was clear that in order to achieve better efficiencies and facilitate stronger communication with our large force of Investment Professionals, we had to restructure our Web site" says Centurion's President, Joe Duran. "Imagistic brought our vision together, creating a site that is not only visually stunning, it fundamentally enhances our business."

Michael Weiss, Imagistic's CEO states, "This is a great example of form and function not being mutually exclusive. The site allows easy access to information, provides numerous useful tools and still manages to raise the bar aesthetically. That is the definition of a successful site."

Centurion Capital Management focuses on providing all-inclusive investment solutions to managing clients' money. The company began in 1985 and has been a pioneer in the field of asset management. Innovations include proprietary manager evaluation tools, administration and reporting systems and delivering institutional-caliber portfolio protection. Centurion is a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and has grown to become one of the largest independent investment advisors in the country. They currently manage over $2 billion in assets for clients worldwide.

Rini.org Establishes Web's First 'Hype Free Zone'

New Site Gives Users Chance to Attach Some Reality
to Media Depictions of the Internet Economy

VENICE, CA - July 2, 2001- A non-profit Web site launched today, www.rini.org is hoping to provide an even-handed, realistic environment for Internet Professionals and others to read about, discuss and share their impressions about the actual state of the industry -- minus the hype, positive or negative.

Rini.org which stands for The Real Internet News Initiative, is a co-venture of two veteran Southern California Web and technology companies WindowSix and Imagistic. The site is a labor of love and the result of several months of frustration on the part of the creators, who are optimistic about the future of the Internet space. The free site allows any registered user to post a reference and/or link to a news article, editorial or other media and add a short description and commentary about it. Any posted article can then be commented on by other Rini.org visitors.

In addition to commenting on the articles, Rini.org users may also rate those who make comments, elevating or lowering a commentator's "Karma" points. The higher a commentator's "Karma" rating, the more attention and cache that user's comments will presumably engender. The intention is to create a "human collaboration filter" whereby the extreme, exaggerated point of views are dissected and subjected to a dose of reality from the professionals working in the industry.

"When the Web craze began, the media hype was absurdly optimistic, then reality set in," states Imagistic's CEO Michael Weiss. "Now the hype is going in the opposite, negative direction. Both of these positions were, and are, extreme and we wanted to give interested users a place to have a realistic dialogue."

Window Six is a full service technology consulting and professional services firm specializing in helping Internet and wireless companies. Window Six's management brings with it extensive experience with multi-media and content streaming tools, e-commerce, content publishing, and backend systems.

The company, whose goal it is to encourage an overall healthy lifestyle, wants to use the site to reach their extremely loyal customer base and create a place that touts the benefits of their products to the uninitiated.

The site also contains community-oriented material, such as testimonials, success stories, recipes and weekly diet planners. imagistic Launches RICS – a Robust Intranet Product for Multi-Venue Restaurants and Retail Establishments

System Allows Centralization Of Company Documents And Information Leading To Increased Efficiency, Standardization and Cost Savings
http://www.imagistic.com

VENICE – November 2001 – Venice based Technology and Design firm Imagistic has announced the offering of a new intranet product known as RICS – The Restaurant/Retail Information and Communication System. The system is design with restaurants in mind, but can easily be adapted for use by any company interested in enhancing communication and sharing information across multiple store locations. The system comes complete with a powerful content management and publishing system making it easy for anyone to update, change and delete content from the system without having to be technically skilled or know HTML.

The benefit to a company using an intranet lies in providing a central source for all employees to easily and efficiently have access to pertinent information and to be kept up to date on the activities, policies and status of the company. RICS has a main home page that can feature company news headlines, often-used forms, and other timely items. This area is completely customizable, as are most of the other areas, and can be easily adapted for each client's unique needs.

Other features include full search capabilities so the entire contents of the site, including keywords contained within documents, can be queried. The system allows users to upload and download all types of documents, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Excel and image files.

Another important feature is the secure, username and password protection of RICS. A designated administrator can determine the level of access for any given user. This means that some users may be given limited access to some parts of the intranet or may only be able to read content, but not edit or delete. The system allows content and administrative permission to be set at multiple-levels so as to allow distinct access privileges for employees, managers and corporate officers.

Clients using the product are able to upload all types of content to the site such as recipes, training manuals, HR policies, inventory lists and other materials that are normally distributed in paper form. The resulting reduction in paper use and associated expenses like printing, binding, messengers and shipping can provide a significant cost savings. Content modification on the intranet is swift and effortless without requiring a company to go through expensive reprinting and reshipping when something needs to be changed.

"When a multi-venue restaurant or retail establishment realizes the amount of savings it will derive from this type of product, the decision becomes simple…" says Michael Weiss, Imagistic's CEO. "The RICS system allows various locations to all draw from the same well of information and thereby substantially increase efficiency and consistency while reducing costs."

The cost of the system includes basic customization, installation on a specified client controlled server, six months of limited maintenance/support and basic training for using the system.
