VENICE, CALIFORNIA - February 20, 2003 - Teaching Tolerance and the Southern Poverty Law Center launched a new initiative to help teachers and parents educate children about other cultures through music and song.

Internet Software and Services firm, Imagistic developed the online component of the initiative, called "I Will Be Your Friend", where users can order a free 26-song package that invites students to sing along on a musical journey through Native American chant, African American poetry, songs of friendship and belonging from immigrant communities across the U.S., and classics from our nation's proud tradition of singing for social change.

The site, accessible through www.teachingtolerance.org provides song clips and classroom activities to accompany the songs.

VENICE, CALIFORNIA - March 5, 2003 - Imagistic launched a Web site redesign for Shari's Restaurants, a family dining concept with 98 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Shari's offers family fare food and deserts all day, every day.

Shari's turned to Imagistic to redesign its Web site which they felt was not capturing the Shari's brand experience or showcasing its food. Imagistic designed a new site highlighting the food and dining experience at Shari's. The site's approachable, inviting user interface design showcases delicious everyday family fare and promotes the friendly service that is Shari's trademark.

This is Imagistic's second project with Shari's. In 2001, Imagistic implemented the RICS Intranet product developed for the multi-unit restaurant industry. imagistic Develops Web-Based Event Registration Application for Land Rover

VENICE, CALIFORNIA – April 2003 – Imagistic developed a Web-based event registration application for Land Rover for its Range Rover Experience consumer sales event, which allows qualified buyers of the 2004 Range Rover to participate in a weekend retreat and Range Rover test drive at premier resort locations such as Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, Sonoma Mission Inn, Sonoma, The Lodge at Sea Island in Georgia, The Montauk House in Montauk and The Mansion at Turtle Creek in Dallas. Invitees to the event are directed to the Web site developed by Imagistic, to find out more information about, select the location, date and session and register for the event.

The Web-based application allows the event staff to manage all registrations via the Web site and/or phone. The event staff is able to access registration/attendance data reports by location, data and session; add "walk-in" participant data; and track attendance vs. no-show data.

imagistic Launches BioScience Intranet for Over 10,000 International Baxter Employees

VENICE, CALIFORNIA – May 2003 – In approaching the Intranet for its BioScience division, Baxter wanted to create the Intranet as a key resource to facilitate the work experience, fulfilling its internal communications tagline: Work. Made Better. The Intranet services over 10,000 employees internationally and is available via Web browser or kiosk, requiring a structure geared to a touch screen environment as well as a browser environment.

A combination of focus group feedback, a thorough Web log analysis that showed how employees were interacting with the Intranet and a full content inventory provided the basis for restructuring the information, documents, tools and resources in an intuitive way that fit the needs of the users.

The Intranet interface needed to adhere to many design and structural requirements set by Baxter's corporate standards, while still be usable, user-friendly and used. The navigation is designed for use on both PC and kiosks. Each page is 7K, allowing the fastest download times possible. The page templates are designed to be integrated with a content management system for dynamic and multi-lingual content generation.

The result aims to be much more than a library of documents and static information. Integrated with a content management system, the Intranet will be a dynamic resource that pushes relevant, useful content that reinforces the International Baxter community, highlights the vast, exciting new products and activities, promotes employee-focused programs and serves as a necessary tool of the work environment.

Premium Pizza Dining Chain CPK Uses the Web to Speak to Customers and Employees More Effectively

VENICE - May 2001- Venice based Web Technology and Design firm Imagistic has just completed work on two significant Web based projects for the hugely successful casual dining chain, California Pizza Kitchen. California Pizza Kitchen, also know as CPK, was keen on improving their online brand and presence as well as making it easier for customers to find information about the restaurant. Some of the features of the new Web site include an online menu; an advanced restaurant locator, an expanded interactive kids section, random CPK trivia facts, and a comprehensive investor relations section.

One of the most notable features of the public Web site is a restaurant locator developed using Macromedia Flash™. Customers looking for a restaurant in a particular area can click on a map showing all fifty states as well as foreign countries where a CPK exists. Upon choosing a particular state, the selected area increases in size and offers more specific locations within that area. When a customer clicks on a specific location, details about that restaurant, such as address, phone number, hours, etc, appear to the right of the map. In addition, a customer may also enter a zip code, city name or airport code to bring up a list of nearby locations and driving directions.

Other Web site features include CPK Trivia "Slices" that appear randomly on various pages, and for CPK's loyal younger audiences, Imagistic created an immersive CPKids section. The CPKids section contains various interactive games and activities and includes a link to the Kids Menu and the Kids Registration page. Registered CPKids receive special benefits such as a free birthday meal. The site also offers the full restaurant menu complete with descriptions of each item - a particularly useful feature for customers that place orders over the phone. There is also a section for employment information and an online store where visitors can purchase CPK Gift Certificates, apparel and recipe books.

In addition to building a public Web site, CPK also had Imagistic build a secure Intranet so that employees and managers at any one of their 118 locations can communicate and share information through one central, private source. The Intranet contains human resources and administrative forms; training and benefits information; promotional materials; important company news and announcements; and other materials that require control from one central source.
