WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – March 2005 – Today Imagistic, in partnership with PictureArts, launched http://www.picturearts.com, a completely new Web site for the leading stock photography company.

"At our very first meeting the client said, 'You've seen Getty Images? That's what we want.' That was our challenge," says Michael Weiss, CEO of Imagistic, "and that is what we gave them."

In addition to creating a new site architecture, GUI and extensive Lightbox functionality, the new site combines all of PictureArts' Rights Managed and Royalty Free brands into a single eCommerce driven site and database.

Most significantly, Imagistic developed a Custom Search System that searches for and displays results across all brands, with tools that allow the marketing staff at PictureArts to specify how images will sort and slot on the display page based on various criteria.

The site also allows for multiple views for different users - corporate administrators, corporate employees, distributors and general site users.

These registered users can search across all brands and CDs, create/edit/delete Lightboxes, email Lightboxes, download comp images, price Rights Managed and Royalty Free images, purchase images, download those images, send purchased images to colleagues, check their purchase history, take quizzes and request image research.

"This site is chock full of functionality. It allows customers to search and manage their stock photography libraries right online. We are very proud of this site. It ranks up there as one of the best stock photography sites on the Web" says Weiss.

imagistic Launches CALCASA.org

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – April 2005 – Imagistic recently launched http://www.calcasa.org, a completely redesigned Web site for the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault.

"When CALCASA came to us, their site was in dire need of a complete overhaul. The brand was non-existent and the architecture made it impossible to navigate through their hundreds of pages on content," says Michael Weiss, CEO of Imagistic.

"We basically started from scratch, performing a content inventory, re-architecting the site, and working with the team at CALCASA to develop a Look & Feel that promotes their brand and gives them a design that is befitting to one of the nations leading organizations on sexual assault."

Imagistic also integrated their new Content Management System which gives the team at CALCASA total control of the site's content and more.

"The CMS provides CALCASA the ability to add / edit and delete content. It also has a deep front- and back-end user administration system and a hierarchical work flow for site administration," says Kevin Goldberg, CTO of Imagistic.

One of the key features on the site is a zip-code finder that allows users to find the rape crisis center closest to them. "This was a critical component for the client as there is nothing more important to victims of sexual assault than the ability to find help as quickly as possible," continues Goldberg.

"We are very pleased with the outcome of this site," says Weiss. "But more importantly, it feels great to work with an organization, such as CALCASA, that is dedicated to helping people and educating the state of California on the serious issues of sexual assault."

imagistic Continues Relationship With The MPLC

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – – April 2005 – Imagistic launched the corporate Web site for the Motion Picture Licensing Corporation this month.

The site, found at http://www.mplc.com, is a completely redesigned site that brings the MPLC into the 21st century in terms of online marketing.

"We started working with the MPLC last year developing a search system and back-end database site their ScreenVue property," says Michael Weiss, CEO of Imagistic.

"We were so successful with that project that the MPLC hired us on to develop the MPLC site." The purpose of the MPLC site is to inform users of the licensing laws and give them opportunity to contact the MPLC and obtain a license.

The development will include a brand new eCommerce platform. WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – May 2005 – Back in 2002, Imagistic redesigned and launched the award winning Web site for the Admissions department at Boston University (http://www.bu.edu/admissions).

The time has come to update the site and add more features and functionality. "It's amazing that it has been 3 years since we worked with BU," says Kevin Goldberg, CTO of Imagistic. "Technology has advanced so much since we developed that site. It will be a pleasure to bring it up to date." WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – May 2005 – It only took five months in their new offices for Imagistic to strike up a partnership with their neighbor just down the street. Line6 was in need of a Web shop to integrate a Flash driven Home Page for their newly designed Web site http://www.line6.com. And they didn't have to look very far

Imagistic built a dynamic Flash movie that allows Line6 to manage and update their Home Page with images, text, sub Flash movies, promotions and updated pricing.

The Line6 system servers export an XML file that is read on load by the Flash movie and the Flash pulls in all the specified data for display. It is an extremely dynamic tool that keeps the content fresh and up to date.

imagistic Launches Zobmondo.com

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – June 2005 – This month Imagistic and Zobmondo Entertainment launched a new Web site for Zobmondo - the original "Would You Rather?" board game.

The game is simple; players are asked a series of Would You Rather questions, such as "Would you rather have a head twice the normal size OR a head half the size?"

The site captures the games brand with a funky new design and features. "We wanted to make sure visitors got the feel for the game," says Michael Weiss, CEO of Imagistic. "To do this we worked with Randy Horn, president of Zobmondo Entertainment, to create an online version of the game. I have played it many times and each time I learn more about myself," he laughs.

In addition to the online version of the game, the site has a Content Management System that allows the staff at Zobmondo to update the site with new content and Would You Rather questions. Imagistic also developed a mini site for The Ladybug Game (http://www.zobmondo.com/ladybug) which was created by Kylie Copenhagen when she was 6 years old.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA – July 2006 – Imagistic has launched http://www.sirspeedy.com for Franchise Services, Inc. In the fall of 2005, Imagistic and Franchise Services, Inc. kicked off the first of seven projects with the redesign of SirSpeedy.com.

With over 1,000 stores around the globe, the time had come to bring the brand into the 21st Century.

Imagistic worked with the team at Sir Speedy to create an online experience that provided the customer with tools and information to create and complete sophisticated transactions through a secure and robust Web site.

Through smart Information Architecture and brand centric design we created a system that we expanded for additional brands such as MultiCopy, Digital Quick Color and Copies Now.

Specifics of the project include:

  • Developed back end Admin that allows individual franchise owners to manage specific page content and information.
  • Developed custom tools to manage content, customer information and online transactions.
